Spectacular Jousting returns to Caerlaverock Castle

If you are looking to watch exhilarating horsemanship and courageous knights face each other in the field, go to Caerlaverock Castle on the last weekend of July for ‘Spectacular Jousting’.

The medieval Scottish castle will be hosting this jousting event on Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st. The fun-packed event will also see visitors explore the sights and sounds of medieval life in the encampment by meeting the knights fresh from battle, visiting the horses in their stables and seeing falcons flying overhead.
