Mmmmm….Medievalicious! Medieval Soups from Battle Castle

The good people at Battle Castle are offering their viewers three medieval soup recipes, just in time for Christmas. On their Battle Castle blog, Nicole Tomlinson posts about her experience dining at Poland’s Malbork Castle and meeting their current head chef at the castle, Bogdan Gałązka. Afterwards, she and her family members made three medieval soup recipes:

Cherry Soup

Lentil Soup

Mushroom Soup
